Amith R K is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having considerable amount of exposure in audit & taxation services to Service Oriented Industries, Manufacturing Industries. He is also the managing partner of the firm. He specializes in the Auditing, Investigation, Management Consulting and international accounting practices.

He pioneers the management services division of the firm. He is steadfast on the factors such as quality and prompt completion of the services offered.

Santosh N

Santosh Narayanappa is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His area of specialization covers all aspects of Direct as well as Indirect Taxation, Bank & Financial Institutions, Construction Industry, Manufacturing Industry, Service Sector, Automotive Industry, Finance and Insurance Sector, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles. He has gained valuable experience by handling assignments covering risk analysis, business valuation, investigation, taxation for various entities.

He leads the taxation services division of the firm. He represents clients before the highest authorities and has made rapid progress in acquiring professional excellences.

Akshay M

Akshay Murugan is an Audit Manager. He has wide experience in various type of industries and financial institutions like Hotels, Banking, NBFC, Travel & Tourism, Manufacturing and Real Estate in the field of audit and assurance, due diligence, risk analysis, taxation, transfer pricing, IND AS implementation and IND AS related services.

He heads the Audit and Assurance division of the firm under the guidance of the managing partners.

Vishwas N T

Vishwas N Thimmaraju is an Audit Manager. He is a Goods and Service Tax (GST) practitioner involved in providing effective solutions for practical problems arising in day-to-day transactions. He has handled various assessments relating to GST and its antecedent tax regime of Service Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Excise Duty.He pilots the GST and related services division of the firm under the guidance of the managing partners.

He specializes in developing projections on how to address different customer segments and routes to markets for existing and proposed services.
